What to Expect?
During your preop visit Dr. Campitelli will review your xrays and discuss the detail of the surgery. Your post operative instructions will be reviewed which can also be found here on the website.
X-Rays in Office
X-Rays will be taken at your first visit to review and discuss with Dr. Campitelli. The images are digital and can be viewed in the room with patient to demonstrate how the minimally invasive procedure will be performed. It should be noted that the majority of bunion deformities can be fixed with minimally invasive technique. If you had X-rays taken elsewhere, please bring them to your visit. Dr. Campitelli will need to see the actual X-ray and not just a report. If your X-rays were taken at Western Reserve Hospital, Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, or Summa Health Systems, Dr. Campitelli will be able to access the images.
